{TIPS}
- We pack all the computers very carefully, but cords (or RAM etc.) inside the miner might fall out during the delivery. So, if the computer cannot start normally, please just open the case and check if all the cords and other devices (eg. RAM, Graphics card etc.) inside the computer are properly connected.
- Connect to your monitor: if the graphics gard of your gaming computer is Dedicated Card, please make sure the socket you connect the PC to your monitor is the socket on the graphics card, like the folling picture showing;
- We highly recommend you to connect your monitor via the HDMI cord.
- If the operating system of your computer is windows 8.1, the following are what you need to know:
- The operating system is windows 8.1 Core Edition. Please purchase an activate key via Microsoft to activate windows. Please note the key should be compatible with windows 8.1 Core Edition.
- Or you can download and install a window 8.1 CoreCountrySpecific edition (eg. French version). And use the key in the "Readme" document in your computer desktop to active your system.
- For some computers, you may have question about the size of the HDD:
- for example, for a 128GB SSD, maybe you will find the size showing in the computer is just about 120GB, like the following picture showing:
- That because, some of the SSD is occupied by the SSD filesystem, the Recovery space and so on.
- You can check the whole size of your SSD in the "Computer Managerment", like the following picture showing:
- And you can check the hidden disk part in the "Computer Managerment" --> "Storage" --> "Disk Managerment"
- For example again, from the picture above, the "Disk 1" is our technician's U-disk. The size showing here is "14.47GB", but actually, it is a 16GB usb3.0 U-disk. The other 1.53GB (16GB - 14.47GB) is occupied by the filesystem of the U-disk.
- You can delete all the hidden disk part by reinstall the windows operating system (Plz make sure you know clearly how to delete disk), but we don't recommend you to do this.
- We don't recommend you to overclock the hardware of your computer, eg. CPU, GPU etc.
